Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in crafting and delivering every Dankforger product. However, if there's ever an oversight on our part, here's what you need to know.


What's Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept return and exchange requests only under the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product was delivered (does not match the item on our website or order confirmation)
  • The product was damaged in transit

Please note: Each Dankforger piece is handcrafted by our artisans from concrete, making every product uniquely one-of-a-kind. Minor variations in colour, texture, shape, or size — including air holes, bubbles, or surface marks — are natural characteristics of the material and not considered defects. These are ineligible for return or exchange.

If your package appears tampered upon delivery, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).


Return Window

All return and exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


How to Raise a Request

Email us at dankforger@gmail.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return (damage / incorrect product)
  • 2–3 photographs including:
    • Product damage from multiple angles
    • Product with all original packaging materials (bubble wrap, thermocol, cloth bag, cardboard)
    • Outer parcel/carton in its original condition

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.


Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, choose one of the following:

Option A — Standard Exchange Ship the product back to us. Upon receipt and quality inspection, we'll reimburse your shipping charges and dispatch a replacement or product of equal value within 7–10 working days.

Option B — Urgent Replacement Mention urgency in your email. You keep the damaged product; we'll ship a replacement immediately. A packaging and shipping fee of ₹100 applies.


Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds. Items purchased are not eligible for refund under any circumstances, including change of mind.

1. 48-Hour Return Window is Below Google's Recommended Standard Google strongly recommends a minimum 30-day return window for Shopping Ads. A 48-hour window will likely:

  • Lower your seller rating on Google Shopping
  • Make your listings less competitive in ad auctions
  • Potentially flag your account during policy review

Recommendation: For damage/incorrect item claims, consider extending to at least 7 days, ideally 30 days. You can still require photo evidence within 48 hours while allowing the formal process to run longer.
